1. General Refund Rule for Digital Advertising
Due to the nature of digital media and advertising real estate, we do not issue refunds once an ad campaign, sponsored post, or link placement has gone live on the Inglov website. Once our editorial team has published your content or banner, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed.
2. Strict Policy Against Plagiarism and Copyrighted Material
At Inglov, we maintain high editorial and SEO standards. We strictly prohibit the use of plagiarized (copy-pasted) content or unauthorized copyrighted materials. Advertisers must adhere to the following rules:
- 100% Original Content: All submitted sponsored posts, articles, text links, and custom graphics must be completely unique and original.
- No Copy-Paste: If our editorial team detects that you have submitted copy-pasted content from other websites, your campaign will be immediately halted.
- Consequences of Violation: If an ad or sponsored post is rejected due to plagiarism or copyright infringement, the advertiser will be required to provide original content. If the advertiser fails to do so, the order will be permanently cancelled, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our website's search engine ranking and integrity.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
We are committed to fair business practices. You are eligible for a 100% full refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a technical error causes your payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit Card) to be charged more than once for a single Order Token.
- Editorial Rejection (Non-Copyright Issues): If you purchase an ad placement, but our editorial team rejects your banner/link because it violates our general guidelines (e.g., inappropriate, low-quality, or adult content), your full amount will be refunded.
- Failure to Publish: If we fail to publish your approved ad campaign within the agreed-upon timeframe and you no longer wish to proceed.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that marketing strategies can change. Advertisers can request a cancellation of their order under the following condition:
- Before Publication: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of your payment, provided that your ad or sponsored post has not yet been published. To cancel, you must immediately contact our support team with your unique Order Tracking Token (e.g., ING-XXXXXX).
Note: Once the status of your order changes to "Completed" or "Live" in our tracking system, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately by our billing department. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., your PayPal account or associated Bank/Credit Card). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you have made a mistake in your banner submission or target URL, you do not need a refund. Simply contact our support team with your Order Token, and we will update your live ad details at no extra cost (subject to editorial approval).
